Buy a pack
Pick a pack and pay once. Credits land in your balance immediately and stay there - there is no monthly reset and nothing expires. Bigger packs cost less per credit.
Recruitment
The bill is the same whether nobody applies or everybody does. Screening, parsing CVs, emailing candidates and AI shortlisting are all free - you pay for five actions in the whole process, and you know the price before you click.
How it works
Credits are a prepaid balance on your account. You top it up when you want to, and it draws down only when the product does something that reaches the outside world.
Pick a pack and pay once. Credits land in your balance immediately and stay there - there is no monthly reset and nothing expires. Bigger packs cost less per credit.
Draft the job for free and publish when you are ready. Publishing buys a 30-day window on your branded careers page. Close the role for a week and reopen it - the days you paid for keep running, and reopening costs nothing.
Applications arrive, CVs are parsed, candidates are emailed, AI ranks them against the job description - none of it touches your balance. Move people between stages, leave scorecards, reject with feedback. All free, always.
Book the panel against everyone's Google or Outlook calendar, with a Meet or Teams link, then send an offer letter on your letterhead for approval and e-signature. Taking someone to the final stages is the only other place a credit is drawn - the exact list is below, and it is short. The hire itself is charged once, when the accepted offer becomes an employee - and never refused, because by then the candidate has already said yes.
What consumes credits
We charge where the product does something outward-facing on your behalf. Anything that is just you recording the truth about your own pipeline is free - a recruiter who is charged to reject a candidate stops rejecting candidates, and then nobody's data is worth anything.
Starts a 30-day live window. Unpublishing inside the window and republishing is free.
A further window once the paid one has lapsed. Discounted, so a slow-filling role is not punished for taking time.
Calendar invite plus notifications to the panel and the candidate.
Document generation, the approval chain, and the candidate offer portal.
The second and later offers on one application. Negotiation is normal; it is not priced as a new offer.
Charged once when an accepted offer becomes an employee. Never refused - by then the candidate has already accepted.
Always free
Not a trial allowance, not a fair-use limit. These never draw a credit, whatever your balance is - including when it is empty.
A worked example
A single role, filled from scratch. The applicant count is in this table on purpose - look at what it contributes.
| Step | Each | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| 1 job posting, live for 30 days | 200 | 200 |
| CVs received, parsed and screened | — | Free |
| Emails to candidates | — | Free |
| Interviews scheduled | — | Free |
| 2 offers issued | 150 | 300 |
| 1 hire recorded | 500 | 500 |
| Total per hire | 1,000 ≈ $3.33 |
The free rows carry no quantity, because no quantity would change them. However many people apply, however many CVs are read and however many emails go out, this is the same bill - which is the whole point.
Credit packs
One-off purchases, not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing expires, and the more you buy at once the less each credit costs.
3,000 credits
$0.0033 per credit
10,000 credits
$0.0030 per credit · 10% cheaper
50,000 credits
$0.0020 per credit · 40% cheaper
1,000,000 credits
$0.0005 per credit · 85% cheaper
Buying credits does not change your subscription, and letting a subscription lapse never burns a balance. They are two separate things you can pay for independently.
The fine print, up front
Running low should never cost a candidate their offer. Here is exactly what a low balance does and does not do.
Publishing or renewing a job needs the balance to cover it. That is the one thing an empty balance stops, and the button tells you the price before you press it.
Interviews and offers still go through, even into a small overdraft. Nobody waiting on your decision is left stranded because a balance ran out on a Friday afternoon.
A posting you already paid for runs its full 30 days regardless. Applications keep arriving and keep being parsed, for free, exactly as before.
Administrators get a notification when the balance drops low - once, not on every action - with a direct link to top up. No surprise walls.
Reporting
Each charge is a line in your credit history: what it was for, which job it belonged to, who did it and the balance afterwards. Nothing is ever edited or deleted - a correction is its own visible entry.
Because every charge is attached to the role it paid for, your true cost per hire is already computed - per job, per department, per quarter - without anybody building a spreadsheet for it.
New accounts start with a credit grant, so you can publish a role and work a full pipeline before deciding anything. No card required.
